Returns and Shipping Fees

Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping fee for any returns, excluding replacements.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving the guitar. For quality control concerns, email us within 7 days of receiving the guitar to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Process for Refunds and Replacements

Replacements are issued upon confirmation of the shipped return. Refunds are processed through the original payment method upon receiving the returned item.

Timeframe for Returns

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the guitar. After this period, returns will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
